On March 31, 2023, a proud moment was witnessed at Karunya Institute of Technology and Sciences as they hosted the MoI signing ceremony between Karunya Institute of Technology and Sciences and Sahrdaya Institute of Management Studies. The ceremony marked the beginning of a collaboration between the two institutions. This association between Karunya Institute of Technology and Sciences and Sahrdaya Institute of Management Studies will see the two institutions working together on various initiatives, including joint PhD guidance, research programs, faculty and student exchange programs, and collaborative consultancy works & projects. This partnership is expected to create new opportunities for students and faculty members of both institutions to enhance their academic and research pursuits. The MoI signing ceremony was held in the presence of dignitaries and officials from both institutions. From the side of Karunya- Dr. P. Mannar Jawahar - Vice Chancellor, Dr. E J James- Pro-Vice Chancellor (Research and Collaboration), Dr. Ridling Margaret Waller- Pro- Vice Chancellor (Quality Standards), Dr.R.Elijah Blessing – Registrar, Dr. J. Clement Sudhahar- HoD (MBA), Dr. K.Kumara Pillai – Professor, MBA (Research & Collaboration), and from the side of Sahrdaya- Dr. Fr. Jino Johny Malakkaran- Executive Director, Dr. George A P- Director, Dr. Joji Chandran- Professor (Research & Development), Dr. Deepa Mohan- Associate Professor- (R&D) were in attendance at the ceremony. The signing of the MoI was followed by an exchange of mementos and a photo session to commemorate the occasion. The MoI signing ceremony was a moment of pride for both institutions, as it marked the beginning of a new journey towards greater academic excellence and research. This association is expected to strengthen the ties between the two institutions and contribute to the growth of both institutions in the years to come.
