Hradya- Organic Farming Inauguration

The inauguration of organic farming at the Sahrdaya Institute of Management Studies was held by Smt. Swapna Kallingal, winner of the Karshakathilakam Award. Organic farming was started under the leadership of the Environment and Social Engagement Club 'Hridaya' in the campus by planting saplings.The Sahrdaya Institute is a green campus that promotes farming with fruit trees, flowers, and medicinal plants. The income from farming will be provided as scholarships to deserving students. Teachers and students were present at the ceremony. Executive Director Dr. Fr. Jino Johny Malakkaran, Director Dr. Dhanya Alex, Club Coordinator Assistant Professor Smt. Deepti Kumar spoke during the function. Students Coordinators Sri Vishal Panicker and Smt. Sreelakshmi Radhakrishnan led the ceremonies.
