SIMS has a dedicated SC/ST Committee in strict adherence to the regulations set by AICTE, UGC, and the Government. The committee’s primary objective is to promote the welfare and safeguard the rights of students belonging to the Scheduled Caste (SC) and Scheduled Tribe (ST) communities. It ensures equal opportunities, eliminates discrimination, and fosters an inclusive learning environment. The committee actively addresses grievances, provides support services, and implements relevant government schemes and scholarships. Comprised of faculty members, administrative staff, and student representatives, the SC/ST Committee strives to create a conducive atmosphere that enables SC/ST students to excel academically and professionally.
