Dr. Simon Jacob C

Dr. Simon Jacob C holds a PhD in the interrelated areas of human resource management and service operations from the School of Management Studies (SMS), Cochin University of Science and Technology (CUSAT), Kerala. His industry experience spans over 19 years on a diverse spectrum, and he has postgraduate teaching experience of about 20 years. He had undergone FDP in Management at IIM Ahmedabad, FDP at IIM K, SDP at IIT Kharagpur, QIP at TAPMI, Manipal, and had qualified UGC/NET Lectureship in Management. He had also undergone the European Summer Programme (ESP) at the Catholic University of Lille, France. He is a CAMI-USA Certified Recruitment Analyst. He has life membership at the Indian Society of Labour Economics (ISLE) and has enrolled as an advocate at the High Court of Kerala. He handles subjects in the areas of human resource management, operations management, and business / labour laws. In addition to teaching, he has conducted various MDPs and handled academic administrative duties such as conference coordinator, controller of examinations, batch coordinator, etc. He has received funding from UGC for his minor research project and has published several articles in refereed national and international journals. And he also made several paper presentations at national and international conferences and reviewed various articles for journal publication.
